Support in complying with key legislation
Our value proposition aims to provide hospitality operators (hotels, restaurants, spas) with support in implementing various legislations. Failure to comply with these regulations can cause significant reputational and financial damage and ultimately affect the viability of the business, as well as result in potential sanctions.
The areas of action include:
- Occupational risk prevention: We provide advice on the development of the occupational risk prevention plan, according to the LPRL (Occupational Risk Prevention Law), covering all its components, and its implementation and monitoring. We also provide all the required training.
- Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) in restaurants—food safety: We provide the necessary training and develop the plan, implement it, and monitor critical control points in hospitality establishments as required by specific legislation.
- Implementation of GDPR or personal data protection law.
Development and execution of "in-company" training plans
We are a “people business.” Employees in the sector play a critical role in exceeding customer expectations, and they are a key indicator of long-term success for any hotel establishment. Therefore, investing in strengthening both their “hard skills” and “soft skills” is essential for the long-term sustainability of the business.
We handle the company’s training needs through “in-company training.” We analyze the training needs of employees in each department, draft a plan to address identified gaps, and handle its execution, whether in-person and/or online.
Risk management within the company
We conduct “company audits” based on our business risk management methodology for the hospitality sector. First, we identify the different risks the company faces in various areas: operational, financial, reputational, cybersecurity, natural events, security, and health. We assess the importance of each risk and the likelihood of its occurrence. As a result of this assessment, we implement a management and monitoring system for critical risk points (KRIs – key risk indicators) and their consequences. We establish monitoring standards and, where necessary, corrective measures for each of the mentioned areas.
